Want Sax or Violins in your senior pictures?

Ok, so it was a terrible pun, but it made you look, didn’t it?

Every year, we photograph several thousand music students in the school bands, choirs and orchestras. So it’s only natural that we also create a lot of senior pictures for these musicians as well.

In fact, if you’re a Facebook friend, chances are we photographed you too. That’s probably why we sent you a friends request.

Congratulations Rochelle Ikeda and Nate Rafn

I’ve been photographing Rochelle since she was just a little girl. I think she was about eight when I photographed the Salem Ballet Association’s production of the Nutcracker. And of course we did her senior pictures, in 2003 if I remember correctly.

ever notice how on so many all the pictures look the same? Different face, but same basic style.

Pretty pictures, but can you tell anything about the personality or the lives of the person in the photograph? Do you get a real sense of their style, their passions?
