Did you know you can be arrested for trespassing if you’re caught being photographed on the railroad tracks?
Neither did I until last summer. The mom of one of my seniors worked for the PUC Railroad section, and told me it’s a misdemeanor. You can be arrested and fined for trespassing. Railroad tracks are private property of the railroads, and many of them are very touchy about people being on their tracks.
