Billing & Returns
For all orders within the United Kingdom, we accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover) and PayPal.
We will process your order once payment is made. We cannot guarantee in-stock product availability by the time payment is received.
PayPal – PayPal is a FREE service and takes seconds to setup at the end of your order. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to pay for that’s just you items. When checking out, you will be immediately redirected to PayPal.com for payment. We will process your order once payment is completed and cleared. Keep in mind, if choose to pay through Paypal via eCheck or Bank Transfer, those payment types do take a few days to clear. Until then, you may receive reminder emails asking you to submit payment; you can ignore them. We cannot guarantee in-stock product availability by the time payment is cleared.
NOTE: Your shipping address must match the address appearing on your transaction with Paypal.
We will do everything in our power to ship orders the same day we receive them. However, this is not always possible, please allow ten (10) days for your order to be delivered. All orders are shipped with Royal Mail with tracking numbers sent to your email upon completion of your order. This way you can track your order until it reaches your doorstep. Additional charges for expedited shipping will apply.
When will my order be shipped?
As a totally deadline-driven company, we will take every precaution to keep your order on track for delivery by your due date. Simply let us know when you’d like your order delivered, and we’ll do our very best to get your order to you by your due date. You will receive an email confirmation containing your Royal Mail tracking information when your order is completed and shipped from our facility.

Our customers are very important to us! If you’re not completely satisfied, please let us know and we’ll make every effort to fulfill your request.
We accept exchanges on all merchandise as long as tags are on the item or you have a receipt for purchase. You may return merchandise within thirty (30) days of purchase with valid receipt.
Please allow up to 10 days for processing on all returns and in-stock exchanges. We will notify you if a requested item is not available.
Refunds will normally appear on your statement one (1) to two (2) business days after the refund is initiated. Please let us know if your credit card information has changed since your original order. The total price of your refund or store credit may vary from the listed price of the item based on any discounts or taxes applied to the original order.

Online Returns or Exchanges
If you receive an item in the mail and need to return or exchange it, simply follow the steps below.
Mail the unwanted items to:
Please email us email@example.com we will supply you with the address to mail the unwanted item.
Include the following:
A note letting us know what to send in its place (if an exchange).
A pre-paid, self-addressed return shipping envelope.
For a return, simply write RETURN next to the item on your order form.
Once we receive the item(s) in the mail we will go ahead and send out the exchange or process the refund.
